Kliph, I think the music bed for this promo is from the same set of KPM library music that appears on the fan-made Spider-Man collection that appeared on some blogs earlier this year. Conicidently, I just listened to that collection yesterday! I'll have to go back and verify.
The music appears on the "Spider-Man: Music from the KPM Library" collection and is track 24. The title is KPM 1015 "Mods and Rockers," and it was used in the episode "Menace From The Bottom of the World."
I don't know why I should be so excited to find this out, but I am!

I don't recall ever hearing that music on Spider-Man but you might very well be right.
