This is a bizarre relic and it could easily find its home on this site or on my other web page, Classic Television Showbiz. Veteran animator Shamus Culhane directed this short based on Bill Dana's beloved comedy caricature, Jose Jiminez. It features the voice of Bill Dana as his star character and Bob McFadden doing the other voices. Titled I Want My Mummy, McFadden also starred in a late fifties novelty 45 in which he played a meak Mummy who cavorts with a beatnik!
