Misterjaw (1977) - Footage Offline 01/28/08
Depatie-Freleng made an awful lot of awful in the late seventies (What's New, Mr. Magoo? I think is by far the worst). Misterjaw is pretty shabby, but I really enjoy it for some reason. Maybe it's because it features a shark from Israel or maybe it's the wimpy Arnold Stang voice or maybe the inappropriate laugh track. For some reason it sets off my endorphins.

Misterjaw rocks! I loved seeing his cartoons when they appeared during the Pink Panther show. I happen to like quite a lot of that Depatie-Freleng stuff from that era. Not bad stuff, good! Good stuff!
(scratching head) Israel? That's the voice of Arte Johnson doing the German accent of his classic Nazi character from Laugh-In. Where did you get the idea that this had anything to do with Israel?
