You say "Rocky and His Friends (1961)". And yet, this is the intro that has been airing in syndication in the last few years, "Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends (TM)". With a theme song that nobody seems to remember. I don't know why the show's owners insisted on doing this... it was confusing enough with all the different titles and opening sequences already.
This is straight off the DVD too, and you'll notice that the announcer shouting out the title isn't Bill Conrad but somebody doing a Bill Conrad impression - followed by Conrad's original voice over.
For a totally esoteric note, the guy imitating Bill Conrad is Keith Scott, who wrote a book about the Ward productions and became the voice of Bulwinkle after the death of Bill Scott (no relation).
